Douglas County Divorce Records

Divorce records are documents filed or created during divorce proceedings. Family-related cases and records are handled by the family law division of the Douglas County Circuit Court. Examples of these records include petitions, judgments, decrees of dissolution, custody orders, and support orders. The Oregon Public Records Law classifies divorce records as public records with some exceptions.
